Soccer is played in just about every country in the world by people of all ages and physical build and ability
The game is played with 7 players, 2 defenders, 2 midfielders, 2 forwards and a goalie
The object of the game is to score goals by kicking or heading the ball into the opponents' net
Coaches will teach fundamentals of game including drills for controlling and kicking the ball, passing the ball between team players and learning how to shoot ball into net
2 to 3 tournaments a season
Games played for 2 X 20 minutes with a 5 minute break in between
Potential to qualify for Provincial games every 4 years
Uniform is included in fee but athlete will need to provide cleats and shin pads
